E-mail forwarding will allow you to forward electronic mail to your current address, allowing you to keep the same e-mail address no matter how often you might change providers. With e-mail forwarding, you can stay @alumni.ilstu.edu no matter what Internet service provider you use.
Using your own ISP (Internet Service Provider), whether it is personal, business or free e-mail account (such as Gmail or Yahoo), click the "Sign up" link below to activate your account. To sign up, you will need your Alumni ID. If you do not have your Alumni ID, contact . Once you have set-up the forwarding address, no matter how many times you move or change providers or employers, anyone can reach you with the e-mail forwarding address. All you have to do is “Login” and change your e-mail receiving address. Any e-mail sent to your e-mail forwarding address will instantly forward to your new address.
Due to the high volume of e-mail accounts the university manages, Illinois State ulids and e-mail accounts will be discontinued six months after graduation. New graduates are encouraged to set-up their e-mail forwarding address before they leave campus.
